We stayed on the 4th floor apartment was very spacious and modern we had loads of room for family of 6. I know some apartments in the building are older. The pool is lovely and the pool restaurant and bar is great lovely food drink ice cream etc at reasonable prices. Spar shop and other restaurants and bars just around the corner. About 6 euro in Uber to Villamoura. Would recommend and we would stay here again.
No one on reception any time we checked, our towels weren't changed during the week would have been nice if had got fresh towels half way through the week.

Apartment size/space, location. It had almost everything we needed.

Drains blocked when showering very quickly. there was a plunger available, but not effective (not a big issue)
No furniture/seating at front door area to apartment - there was room for this
No air con in bedrooms
Beds/pillows uncomfortable - off poor quality

The size of the 6 bed Appartment was good size.
The cooking things all worked well too
In living room it said sofa beds but they were like bed already, no cushioning to sit comfy if wanted to use in day. More like day bed than sofa bed, I feel weren’t comfy to chill on if in Appartment
In the bedroom by front door if you had twin beds separate you end up hitting the beds with the door .
