The villa was perfect, clean, well equipped, comfortable and a great location.

The only negative we have is that the pool was initially quite cold but as the weather heated up so did the pool and the kids loved it

Immaculate bathrooms and facility. Modern bathrooms. Kitchen fully equipped. All equipment new and spotless. 1 km from Marina. Very helpful hostess.

Not a lot wrong.

Location is ideal, it’s a 10 minute walk to the marina and 10 mins to the closest beach. The property has great outside space with a pool and BBQ. On the whole the villa was clean. Nice polite people, the lady who showed us in lived next door and was on hand immediately when we locked ourselves out and wanted to borrow tennis rackets to play on the court. The outside space makes this property. Pool is a decent size

Really strong musty smell in the kitchen and in most of the villa. I think the smell was due to the units being really old and so even after we spent 30 euros on air fresheners it was still there. The kitchen had lots of pans and utensils that were filthy, we had to spend over an hour cleaning them before we could use anything and even then as it was so old I covered everything in foil. This totally put me off eating in the villa, which was the whole reason we hired a villa! The BBQ hadn’t been cleaned in a while so that was another job we had to do. As everything is so old you could clean for days and it would still be dirty. The bathrooms were about 30 years old, discoloured tiles and the showers were not running away. Everything had been cleaned well though. The beds were rock hard and really loud due to squeaky wheels or something, my husband barely slept all week. My mom got an electric shock off the microwave twice, so something going on there. The oven we couldn’t get to work, it was really old but in the end we had someone come round and show us how to work it. To be honest by then I didn’t want to cook in there anyway so we just went out each night. The drawers to put your clothes in smelt really musty, so my sister in law wouldn’t unpack her clothes so left them in her suitcase. All I can say is compared to other Villas the cost was ok, we paid £1250 for 1 week in September. There was a villa we had stayed in before which was only £150 more so I wish we had just paid that. I wouldn’t stay here again unless they replaced the kitchen, bathrooms and beds! As well as some of the old bedroom furniture. Can’t see them doing that so don’t stay here if these things will put you off. I’m not overly fussy and knew for the money it wasn’t going to be 5 star but the smell and dirty kitchen was awful and meant I just couldn’t enjoy my food there. And then with the BBQ being dirty too we just had to eat out.
