Spacious, clean and well equipped
Frying pans were old and needed replacing, mattresses were too hard in all beds, have a few issues but was sorted promptly

Good location- handy for marina and falecia beach. Overall kitchen facilities were good and plenty of room for six of us. Good sized swimming pool.
One of loungers on balcony was broken, needed to buy towels, dish towels, cloths, toilet rolls, etc. There were a few cockroaches in residence although realise how hard can be to avoid in the heat.

Good size accommodation, pool good for all. Location decent, 15 minutes walk to the marina.
No air condition. Bathroom shower in 3rd bathroom very small. Beds not comfortable and pillows not big enough.

we were on the top floor.
hard work to carry luggage up 40 steps.
