I liked that the staff was friendly and understanding. Furthermore the apartment was just like the pictures show.

Had some problems with the hot water at the start but the staff was helpful and kind, problem was solved quickly.

Every apartment has a balcony view of the pool, the pool was clean and pleasant, the apartment was extremely spacious and clean. It was a five minute walk from a nearby shop and bar/restaurant(which was really good value), and a 20 minute walk from the Marina of Vilamoura. It was a 20 minute drive from the Strip in Albufeira(if you’re with a group the Uber fare works out to be next to nothing each). It was a 10 minute drive to one of the best water parks I’ve ever been to! (Called aqua show). Very fast WiFi in the apartment that reached down to the pool. There was also a beach near the Marina - max 30 minute walk from the accomodation

several things in the apartment were gammy such as one of the toilet seats, the shower door and one of the panels on the shutters to the balcony. Biggest issue was there was no air conditioning in our apartment - it was very uncomfortable on really hot nights. They charge extra for late check in and their check in ends at 7 in the evening, but this wasn’t stated until I had booked the accommodation! So €25 extra was taken off me without me being told beforehand. However, the price of the accomodation was so fantastic that I didn’t mind. They only came to clean the apartment once during our 6 night stay - but I think everything else balances this out! Overall, me and my friends were delighted with this accomodation considering the price was so low!
