A localização é incrível! 1.ª linha da Marina.
A limpeza deixou muito a desejar… e de noite muito barulho vindo da discoteca Mötao, todos os dias até às 4h da manhã. Só no quarto das traseiras se conseguia dormir sem ouvir a musica.

Localização excelente .
O apartamento é muito desagradável, muito frio durante o inverno, por incrível que pareça a construção é muito fraca sem nenhum isolamento, inverno muito frio e desagradável sem aquecimento na sala, um quarto tem um ar condicionado avariado e não arranjaram n no verão nem no inverno, muitas escadas sem elevador desaconselho a pessoa já com alguma idade . Infelizmente não foi a melhor escolha para um fim de ano .
