About this apartment rental
Situated on the gulf, with beautiful sunsets, En Soleil is the most sought after resort in Panama City Beach, Fl. This 4 Bedroom/3 Bath unit overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and the magnificent swimming pool. With only three units per floor, it is a quiet getaway for a family to enjoy the breathtaking views, white sandy beaches, eagle rays and dolphins playing in the surf, and the most beautiful sunsets. Underground parking and an elevator take you directly the the 4th floor, you are out of the elements and your vehicle will stay cool on our warm days. This 4 bedroom is 2,100 square feet with 3 bathrooms. The master suite has a king sized bed with a new mattress and en suite bathroom and walk in closet. The second suite has two queen beds, bathroom and two large closets. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed with the bathroom next door. The fourth bedroom is a bunk bed room. All bedrooms and the living room have new flat screen Smart TV's. The unit is recently renovated. New paint, carpet, grill, linens, and dining and living room furniture. The living room couch is also a pullout queen size bed. This unit can hold a maximum of 12 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with linens, glassware, and everything you will need in your home away from home...including a Keurig Coffee Maker and a new ice maker. Washer and dryer and beach towels are included. The beautiful large outdoor space has a new grill and furniture for your outdoor dining pleasure. Pictures are coming soon as we finish renovations! You will be pleasantly surprised by the white sandy beaches, beautiful blue water and the many activities available in the area.

Everything was perfect, yet again. The host was so quick to respond and helpful. The view is unbelievable. The facilities are top notch. We love staying at En Soleil. It’s the perfect place for a family to make memories.

Absolutely great condo. One early hiccup that was remedied quickly. Michelle was very responsive and helpful before, during and even after our stay. The negative we have found is the condo is so great that it books too quickly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Michelle’s condo is huge and right on the beach. We loved the balcony. Never had to wait for elevators. Garage parking was so nice. We had perfect weather the entire time.

This is our third year in a row staying at En Soleil, but the first in this unit. Unfortunately, this was the worst of our stays at the property and part of it is no fault of the owner.
The positives: Virtual check-in, communication with the owner, layout and size of unit, comfortable beds, patio size and layout, plenty of beach towels and toys available.
The negatives: I realize the owner can't control the noise issues, but if you rent this unit you need to be aware of what you may experience. The unit is on the end facing west toward rental homes and some new construction. So, during our stay we had construction noise all day. I'm guessing in six months that will no longer be an issue as the construction will be complete. In the early evenings you will hear the drone of music from the bar two blocks away. Both the construction noise and music take away from enjoying the great patio. Then multiple evenings we were awoken at 2 and 3 am to music and the revving of trucks from the other rental homes and public beach parking on the adjacent street. We've always stayed in a middle unit before, and you are insulated from the noise that comes with being on a west end unit. The unit is also on the 4th floor, so your view is ok, but mostly you are looking at the roofs of the rental units to your west. Additionally, as a few other reviews have said, the place could use a deep clean.
