Cava Li Santi Residence a Santa Caterina

The deluxe apartment was exceptionally comfortable, quiet, spotlessly clean, modern, well equipped with plenty of outside space and seating. The pool area is lovely with great pool, gardens and very well maintained. In June it was quiet and sunbeds were always available. The accommodation is of a high standard and the owners were so welcoming, charming and helpful. The area has fantastic shallow, clear beaches a 15 minute drive away and interesting historic towns - Gallipoli and Nardo both within 20 minute drive. Lecce and Otranto about 1 hour drive. The local village, S. Catharina is about 10 mins by car with good seaside restaurants, a tiny beach & no supermarket. There is a beach club built over the rocks. We did walk it one night but it was about 30 mins, uphill on the return and no pavements. We also cycled it one night but again a little unsafe in the dark so drove from then on. A car is necessary. Large supermarket 10 mins away on the outskirts of Nardo.

Nothing - the area, the beaches, and lovely staff at Cava Li Santi all made for a perfect holiday.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Marilena begrüßt. Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen tollen eigenen Stil. Besonders toll haben uns das Bad mit der Regendusche und die beiden Terrassen gefallen. Wir können es absolut weiterempfehlen und würden es wieder buchen.

Bardzo rozległy teren. Piękny basen. Dobrze wyposażone pokoje z miejscem do biesiadowania rano i wieczorem. Miejsce do pełnego relaksu. Wspaniałe miejsce na wakacje. Obsługa bardzo miła, szczególnie sympatyczna i dobrze mówiąca po angielsku Greta.

1) The design, look and feel of the property is excellent. 2) Location also excellent. 3) Pool area very nice and scenic.

1) bed very uncomfortable and we slept poorly for the whole period. This for us was main issue. 2) invasion of ants 🐜. We had to trash lots of food and buy ant traps. 3) Kitchenette lacking air suction. 4) Units close to each-other and noise from other units was significant especially in the morning.
