The place was clean, spacious, close to the metro and the colosseum and well-air-conditioned. The owner/manager met us there and gave us a tour of the place. It had an elevator to get your luggage up to the apartments floor.
The key was a little bulky as it had a large card that you used to turn the A/C on when you got home. It see fit in my pockets, so it wasn’t a huge deal it was just bulkier than most keys.

The location was perfect for seeing many of the sights Rome has to offer. You can’t stay closer to the colosseum than this location. The whole family enjoyed the entire stay.

Bath wash was liquid hand soap, hardly any storage, plastic mat.mat caused shower to have standing water, no kleenex, had to ask for toilet paper, bed was like a board, pillows were flat and hard, the breakfast was a cup of coffee and a croissant in a store you had to walk to. It says it is on the first floor...you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to floor 0 then carry bags to the first floor up stairs or take a tiny elevator. This place is grossly overrated and I would never stay there again.
Almost everything about this place, one of the worst places I have ever stayed.
