Location was great, a real win with plenty of restaurants closely. Metro line Blue drops you off within 5 minute walk. If you thought B&B is Bed and Breakfast, suggest you bring your own meal. There is, however, a coffee mess in the room and a kitchenette available. Don't forget there is additional 14-euro cash tourist tax per-person which is not included in room rate.
Be aware this B&B has only 4 rooms available with good security. Will be helpful to know this business is on 2nd floor of 5 story building..signage is not readily available so read every message Laura sends you before arrival. Try to request Room 1 to get best view of Colosseum

The room, the location and the price were all great. But the host, Laura, was the best. Laura was so helpful with advice and recommendations of places to go to make our visit the best.
