The location was exceptional. within walking distance of everything i wanted to see.
the staff was very helpful in answering questions or responding to issues
guests coming back to the hotel well after midnight and making too much noise
some issues in the room not working or fixed and then not working again

The door to the shower should be lockable. Lockers for baggages were not functional.

Neat and clean
The lock on the toilet inside the room was not working. In addition, there is only one shower room available, and it does not have a lock either. This is a serious privacy and safety concern, and I would appreciate it if these issues could be fixed as soon as possible.
