The location near to Stadio Olympico was great, easily walkable. Room was comfortable and had what was needed for a lovely stay. Smooth check in process.

Was very easy to access the property, host always present

Some forniture a little bit old, in the bathroom it is necessary to put some forniture in order to be more comfortable, the beds a little bit old could be better

Decent neighborhood, bright and spacious room, has all the essentials, looks newly furnished, responsive communication with the accommodation.

1. First the room was lack of duvet, and the bed sheet was a bit dirty. No problem, the staff handled the issue relatively quickly. 2. An electricity problem happened in our stay and we spend a night in dark without light, inconvenience, but the hotel offered compensation. 3. The real con of this place has to be the noise from the corridor. The door is a bit not noise separating, every time when a person is on the hallway, the noise can be hear perfectly from the room, and if a person slam the main door to get into the apartment at night, your sleep could be vey likely be disturbed. 4. This is a hotel in an apartment inside a residential building, they divided the apartment into 3 or 4 independent units to rent it separately as hotel room. 5. The mattress is a bit uncomfortable

It’s nice and modern, clean and comfortable.

The description does say there is a terrace which we didn’t get, cleaning products = soap, no plug in the basin, shower has orange build up round the edges. Unfortunately we were told we couldn’t drop luggage off early on day of arrival. A very uncomfortable day in 36 deg heat with back packs on, then I see we are able to leave luggage when we leave on our last day of stay? It’s a shame to give you negative feedback - hopefully this helps you to improve.
