Location is good, close to termini station and downtown by taxi. Friendly for self-driving to pickup a car at Termini and drive in and out of Rome.
Breakfast is too bad. Too many of cruise travelers. Too crowded. The coffee machine wasn’t not working for two mornings. The room curtain fell off from the wall.

Outside of the Centre but with subway train one station away from Piazza di popolo, nice and quiet neighbourhood. Hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel is charming and comfortable. There is transfer by Hotel from Airport to Hotel with good price (same ae Uber more or less). Good value for money. There is nice park near Hotel. There is free shuttle service from Hotel to Spanish steps (need prebooking day before, as it is full). Nice restoran and bar on rooftop.
Very good breakfast but there should be more variety of food and lacks typical Italian favourites. No mozzarella, mortadela, nice focaccia or bread, cherry tomatos, slices of pizza etc.
