Life Is Better At The Beach! Welcome to this beautifully decorated, newly remodeled two-bedroom/two-bathroom air-conditioned corner unit at the fabulous Carlos Pointe Beach Club. Take the elevator up, open the front door, drop your bags and walk out to your magnificent lanai view of 7 miles of white sandy beach and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Begin every morning dolphin watching with your cup of coffee and begin every evening with a glass of wine and our world famous sunsets - all without leaving your lanai.
You can enjoy intimate dinners prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen, or make use of the on-site BBQ and cook up a great meal to enjoy on the open balcony. With all the boating and wildlife activity it's a pleasure to sit outside while dining.
The Living Area has comfortable furniture and a TV to watch your favorite programs or just relax. The master bedroom has a king bed to lull you to a restful sleep - or you can watch TV until you get drowsy. There are 2 twins in the guest bedroom. There is also a queen sofa sleeper.
This condo is equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer, free WiFi and is tiled throughout. For your convenience, there are building elevators, a secured lobby and ample on-site parking. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
If you're in the mood for a refreshing dip, the Carlos Pointe heated pool is located beach side and includes a large sun deck area with plenty of lounge chairs to relax and bask in the Florida sunshine! Enjoy lunch by the pool at the shaded picnic areas. There's a BBQ area, an indoor dining area with a kitchenette, and a social room that overlooks the pool.
Carlos Pointe is perfectly situated at the quiet, southern tip of the island, with a huge expanse of private, secluded beach area bordering the beautiful blue Gulf waters and Big Carlos Pass, well known for great fishing. You can walk the beach in either direction - south will take you towards Lovers Key State Park where you can enjoy nature walks or shelling on the beach.
Of course, best of all is the Gulf in your backyard - 7 miles of white sand and surf. While you stroll this huge, gorgeous beach, you likely will see Dolphins, Manatees, Pelicans and dozens of shore birds. Bring your fishing poles and catch Grouper, Snook, Sharks and more from the shore or bridge at Big Carlos Pass. Fort Myers Beach is home to the renowned Shrimp fishing fleet. Enjoy fresh catches daily. Kayak or boat to Mound Key, an archaeological treasure built as the Calusa Indian's headquarters over one thousand years ago. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! Restaurants at Santini Plaza are scheduled to open January 2026. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.

This was our second time staying at Carlos Pointe. We enjoyed condo 211 as it had a beautiful view of the sunrise every day and the Lani was extra large since it’s a corner unit. The number of shower and pool towels was excessive for our group of 4 which made it so nice. It was also nice to have extra silverware. These are the little things that make a condo feel like you’re at home. The Weber grills were just below our unit and were easily accessible from the stairs which made outdoor cooking very convenient. The grills were cleaned every morning along with the pool and outdoor furniture at the pool. Overall, this was a great unit and complex.

First of all I must say the communication was excellent, along with the emails of what to do!! Instructions were very clear and easy to follow! We found a very nice place with a stunning view! It as stocked with dishes, appliances, silverware, bath towels, beach towels, cookware, everything we would need on our stay! It was a great, safe location with a to-die for view! It was like a home away from home!! It was also easy to secure the parking tag from the office. We just had a couple of very minor issues. The slats fell out of the blinds on the doors, and one window. One in our room broke after it fell. Another one was cracked at the top and taped together. Others were cracked as well. Also, there was a lot of hair on the floors inside and out. That being said, we put a deposit down for next year!

Das Schönste an der Wohnung ist der große Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf und die Bay. An einem Morgen haben wir tatsächlich vom Balkon aus Delphine in der Bay schwimmen gesehen. Die Betreuung durch Kathy Nesbit Vacations war ausgezeichnet. Alle Beanstandungen wurden sofort erledigt und sogar (endlich?) eine neue Klimaanlage eingebaut. Auf dem Balkon steht eine Truhe mit alten Strandstühlen aus dem Supermarkt, kleine Kühlboxen und weiteren nützlichen Strandutensilien. Lediglich einen Sonnenschirm mussten wir (im Supermarkt) kaufen. Bei der Abreise haben wir ihn in die Truhe gelegt, wo er nun die Utensilien ergänzt:-) Die Wohnung ist schon gut in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt macht sie jedoch einen ordentlichen Eindruck und alles funktioniert wie es soll. Als wir ankamen, mussten wir erst einmal gründlich fegen, da man bei jedem Schritt den Sand unter den Füßen hören konnte. Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten ausgestattet und vor allem mit reichlich Besteck und Geschirr, so dass man den Geschirrspüler sinnvoll nutzen kann. Nervig waren die Lamellenvorhänge. Bei jeder Betätigung fielen ein, zwei Lamellen herunter und mussten wieder fixiert werden. Nach zwei Tagen haben wir aufgegeben, die Lamellen gesammelt und sie am Abreisetag in einem Schwung wieder eingebaut. Parkplätze sind an der Anlage ausreichend vorhanden. Bei Ankunft muss man eine Registrierung beim "Hausmeister" ausfüllen, um einen "Parkschein" zu erhalten, der im Auto aufzuhängen ist. Sonst droht der Abschleppwagen. Zur Anlage gehört ein (recht kleiner) Swimmingpool, der für einen kurzen Besuch gut geeignet ist, solange er nicht von fröhlich spielenden Kindern lautstark in Beschlag genommen wird. Barefoot Beach, Delnor Wiggins State Park und Sanibel Island sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Will man öfters Ausflüge nach Naples, Marco Island oder noch weiter in den Süden/Südosten machen, kann sich die Fahrt ganz schön lange hinziehen. Werden wir diese Wohnung noch einmal mieten? Wohl eher nicht. Der große Balkon allein rechtfertigt unserer Meinung nach den hohen Gesamtpreis nicht.

Location was awesome. Condo was okay. Condo itself was very clean but linens seemed to be old and very used. Sheets were rough and uncomfortable and one of the pillowcases in master was visibly dirty. Couch also very uncomfortable and not a good fabric for a beach rental.
