    am absolutely delighted with my stay, I am grateful to Baris! I found myself in a very difficult situation when my car broke down and I needed to return safely to Bulgaria. Baris went above and beyond to help me and supported me every step of the way so I could continue my journey safely and without stress. The entire team was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring. Despite the circumstances, they made my stay feel calm, easy, and truly wonderful. It is rare to meet people with such genuine kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. I highly recommend this place and I am sincerely thankful for everything they did for me!

    I could smell cigarette smoke in my room, it was dusty and with very little light in thd bathroom. My door made repeated beeping sounds which did not let me sleep too well. The receptionist was not well informed about guided tours or where to eat in the area. Overall, I am disappointed.
