The location was good a short walk to the cathedral, bus station arc de throphm ( sorry about the spelling)

Nothing it was what it was on a budget 👍

Location in the city centre is nice, Sagra de familie can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. Staff was helpful.

Bed matress was too soft. There was only 1 window, but we couldn't open it because it was located towards the hall.

-The Staff: The team at the reception desk was fantastic—highly competent, helpful, and very kind throughout our stay. -The Room & Cleanliness: Our room was clean, bright, and well-ventilated, with a very nice bathroom. -Housekeeping: The cleaning and towel-change service was incredibly efficient. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room every day—they did an exceptional job, especially since we often left the room completely turned upside down!

-The Bed Situation: When booking, we noticed there were no double beds available, only single beds that could be pushed together (even though the photos online make them look like actual double beds). I messaged the property through Booking.com beforehand to request either a proper double bed or, at the very least, double sheets and blankets to bridge the gap. My request was ignored. Falling into the gap in the middle of the night and waking up with back and neck pain wasn't great. We had to improvise by using one single blanket as a mattress topper to cover the gap and the other to share, but the dip in the middle was still there. -The Hairdryer Issue: On our second day, our hairdryer suddenly stopped working. When I asked reception for a replacement, I noticed they had a whole pile of them with the exact same issue. To make matters worse, one of the replacements they gave us almost caught fire the moment I plugged it into the wall. As a result, we had to dry our hair with towels for two days. While I understand that accidents happen, this definitely affected our comfort, especially since a hairdryer is listed as a standard amenity.
