Ludzi,ludzi,ludzie. Obsługa hotelu wspaniała w szczególności witający manager Starvros oraz barman Sasha. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne. Lunch i kolacja w szczególności i codziennie coś nowego.
Błyskawiczne dojście do plaży, która mimo że jest kamienista to przyjemna. Dno morza jest piaszczyste.
Animacje co drugi dzień i nie da się przy nich nudzić.
Blisko sklepy z pamiątkami oraz lokalny market.
Parking bezpłatny i bez problemu można było znaleźć miejsce parkingowe.
5 euro za dwa leżaki na plaży za cały dzień. Dla gości hotelu mogły by być darmowe.

Emplacement TB pour graviter dans l'ouest de la Crète, dans environnement calme et reposant.
La plage n'est vraiment pas la plus belle mais l'eau reste bien claire et ça change de la piscine . Piscine non chauffée, un peu fraîche en octobre mais faisable. Quelques bouées et ballons à disposition. Serviettes de plage sur demande gratuitement.
Shorts de bains acceptés.

Chambres propres. Frigo bruyant la nuit . Kitchenette inutile.
Les murs sont fins par contre . Heureusement, dans l'ensemble , résidence calme .
La nourriture est bonne . On retrouve chaque jour des indémodables crudités, tzatziki, feta ...mais le plat varie avec toujours une spécialité crétoise . Les produits font qualitatifs. Pour les enfants frites ( maison) ou pâtes à tous les repas possible.
Personnel du restaurant discret . Personnel à l'accueil efficace .
Wifi très efficace.
Les desserts sont moins appréciables car beaucoup de gâteau mousse. Et les boissons toujours chimiques ! Ce sont les 2 points faibles niveau nourriture.
Les 3 animations hebdomadaires sont adaptées aux retraités très présents dans cet hôtel . Nous n'avons pas aimé ( chant, karaoké,...)
A noter, on rejoint le restaurant par des passages extérieurs et quand il pleut , ce peut être gênant.
Cela reste un très bon séjour pour nous qui aimons le calme. On le recommande bien sûr.

The location is nice and right at the beach promenade. Room was rather spacious and clean, beds were nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Dinner and breakfast were acceptable but just. The offered salads were rather plain in taste and some of the warm food was lukewarm only. I asked for two fresh chicken skewers - they were prepared for me and unfortunately not eatable as not properly cooked through. Breakfast did the job but was nothing special.
The shower drain didn't cope with the water from the shower and flooded most of the bathroom. Safe was locked and therefore unusable. All in all not big negative points but I rather have dinner in a restaurant than at this hotel.
