Two thumbs up and we would stay here again.

The staff was welcoming. The room was a good size and had one of the most confortable beds I have slept in for a long time. We had a 4th floor room with a patio, excellent to spend evening.

Bath with tub shower no shower curtain and hard to stand up with slanted ceiling.

Nothing, the road closures in the town made finding the hotel difficult, but the amazingly helpful staff made this problem which was not their fault, disappear.

The mattress was firm as we like it

No safe box. The hotel entrance and the room were not really inviting. The furniture was outdated and worn out. Bad lighting. Even the room numbers were printed on papers and glued to the door !

The location. The airconditioning. The staff are nice and polite.

Where to start.. old, haggard and tired interior. Bed was way too short (180cm?) so my feet were dangling over the edge, and I’m no giant at 185cm. Bathroom was clean but the floor felt like it could collapse any moment. All in all way too expensive for what you get. I should have gone with an IBIS hotel.

Great value for the money.

Great location in center of town.

The second couch bed was a bit too soft/old. The sheets where new and clean but the bed itself needed an upgrade. The main bed was good however. The bathroom also had some tiles which were loose but apart from that it was clean and good for the night.

Driving through 1 night stay

The rooms were Clean, simply furnished and looked rather new and they were quiet. The hotel is close to the square to walk to restaurants. There was secure parking. We left our daughters soft toy in the room and the hotel responded to my email immediately and said they would post it to Our home address as soon as possible. Great customer service! Thank you.

Sense of arrival, ( syringes in the gutter and dog poop on the pavement right out the front of the hotel) lobby and reception looks like a youth hostel that hasn’t been updated in 20 years! Hotel corridors hadn’t been updated in a while.

le mécanisme lié à l'air conditionné pour chauffer la chambre ainsi que la tuyauterie des toilettes et salles de bain sont très bruyants. j'ai passé une très mauvaise nuit la seule fenêtre de la chambre donne sur un puit de lumière les éléments salés du petit déjeuner (omelette, bacon, ...) étaient tièdes/froids

Très beau séjour à St Etienne !

Le calme, la propreté et les équipements sont très bien, des fontaines à eau sont disponibles, la literie très confortable et le personnel très accueillant ! Le petit déjeuner est très bien aussi 😊

Le parking est un peu cher mais se justifie par le manque de place gratuite en centre ville de St Etienne.

Hôtel correct mais prix un peu trop élevé

L’hôtel est très bien situé au centre-ville. La chambre est assez grande et le personnel aimable.

Le lit double n’est pas un vrai lit double mais deux lits individuels juxtaposés et il n’y a pas de surmatelas. Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais un peu cher pour ce qu’il est.

Très beau papier peint dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner vraiment très bon, produit frais, vraie omelette avec de vrais oeufs! Lit très confortable.

Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Balkon, reservierter Garagenplatz.

kein Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon. Haben aber auch nicht nachgefragt . Die Garage kann nur von der Rezeption geöffnet werden und die Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel sind gering.. wenn mann dies aber weiss, fährt mann nochmals um de Block und ein Mitarbeiter steht beim offenen Tor.

Idéalement placé, en plein coeur de Saint-Etienne. Curiosité : c'est le première fois que notre voiture a utilisé l'ascenseur pour rejoindre sa place de parking.

Le petit déjeuner à 13 euros, un peu cher pour sa qualité.

Balade à Saint Étienne

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour visiter la ville à pied. Pas de soucis pour stationner sa voiture, l’hôtel possède un garage privé qu’il vaut mieux réserver. Il n’y a rien à redire sur le confort de la chambre, très bien isolée, aucun bruit, climatisée. Le personnel de l’accueil est très sympathique et près à nous renseigner .
