About this house rental
Mountain home with 2400 square feet of living space on a large tree-covered lot in the township of Fraser, Colorado. Sleeps 8 in bedrooms, not counting full-size sofa bed in lower den.
► The upper or main level is recently renovated with all new furnishings and includes:
- Large kitchen and eating area with attached deck,
- Dining and living room areas with gas fireplace, TV and bar seating, Dining table seats 10, bar table and kitchen table each seat 4.
- Master suite with separate shower and jet tub,
- Plenty of south and west facing windows to capture the entire day's sun and mountain views of Byer’s Peak and the Fraser valley
► The lower level includes:
- Two bedrooms: one with a queen bed, and one with two bunk beds (twin-over-full and twin over twin),
- A den/bedroom with french doors for full privacy and sectional sofa that converts to a full-size bed, and
- A two-car attached heated garage.
► The home is located above the town of Fraser, just 7 miles from the Winter Park ski resort.
- One minute walk (maybe two in ski boots), to the free Winter Park resort and Fraser town bus line which runs until 2 a.m.
- A quick drive to town amenities: grocery store, liquor store and local restaurants and bars.
- The immediate area has endless miles of hiking and mountain biking trails.
- The scenic town of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are just 40 minutes away.
- The town of Fraser boasts two competing tubing hills.

Our family of 7 with 5 kids stayed over New Years and had a great time. House was clean, spacious and well supplied. Stores and restaurants are very close and winter park resort is 10 min away. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a group of 6 people (2 couples and 2 singles) all adults and we had an excellent time at the house. It has ample room and is very well equipped. Very close to a grocery store and just 10 min from winter park. Host was very accommodating and even left us a bottle of wine (much appreciated!) highly recommended!

We loved our stay and Bill was a great host. We spent our winter break skiing at winter park and the house was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 kids).
The house is very spacious, with lots of amenities that made our stay super comfortable including: a drive in garage, which was very useful when it snows; a ski rack in the garage, carpet and floor heaters for snow boots, lots of storage space, a downstairs living room with lots of games for the kids, a high end kitchen with everything you'll ever need, family size washer and drier, Jacuzzi in the master bedroom and lots more.
There are two bedrooms downstairs where our kids slept and a master upstairs.
The location is perfect, just a minute walk from the bus that takes you directly to the resort, and 5 minute drive from the town center of Fraser where you have all the stores and a large supermarket.
The house is very well kept, clean and all the furnishing and appliances are very high end.
We had a great vacation and will definitely be interested in coming back.
