Hotel Viminale

Central, quiet location, very clean, generous bathroom and bedroom space, very nice breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff.

It was beautiful, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Great location and excellent value for money.

The hotel viminale was beautiful and the greeting upon arrival was very lovely. The staff was all very kind and caring. We also liked having a closet area behind the bed, good use of space.

The air conditioning in the rooms could not keep pace with the heat outside. We were given a fan which was helpful but less than great for the $$$ paid for this property. The main desk had placed limits on the thermostat which were much warmer than in the room. Also there were lots of mosquitoes in the indoor breakfast room/lounge area which made it uncomfortable to enjoy those areas. Our room had ants in the bathroom and the floor could have used a good cleaning. Additionally our safe needed to be reset by staff as the previous guests left it with an open door in the pocket position and we asked three times for it to be fixed, each time the staff said no problem and never fixed it.
