Domo20 Hotel & Rooftop

The rooftop restaurant and terrace were definitely the highlight of our stay. The views are beautiful, especially at sunset. The lobby is stylish and creates a great first impression.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not fully match our expectations based on the photos. The lobby and rooftop are beautiful, but the rooms and common areas feel much more basic than advertised. We booked a room with a garden view on the ground floor, but there was no real view, and the “garden” mostly overlooked neighboring buildings and neglected surroundings. The location is also farther from Sorrento than we expected, making daily trips less convenient. Looking back, we would probably choose a simpler hotel directly in Sorrento instead.

Loved the Rooftop Mima restaurant, and the view from the room was great.

More storage in the guest rooms would be great - had to live out of my suitcase. Front desk staff need to be better informed about Beach Club amenities and access - for Cava Regia. Once the driver dropped us off there, there were no signs instructing us which path to take, so we went to the public beach by mistake. Also, some family members went to the Cava Regia on Saturday of our stay, and the service was terrible because the beach club staff were setting up for a major event that evening. Had the front desk staff let us know about that, we wouldn't have gone.

A perfect stay! I spent a week here with my best friend, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hospitality at Domo20 is truly unmatched. The entire team went out of their way to make us feel at home and welcome. A massive thank you to the kind gentleman who gave us a ride to the station at the end of our trip—such a thoughtful and generous gesture that really shows how much they care about their guests. Everything was top-notch. Thank you all for a fantastic holiday, we will definitely be coming back!

the front desk staff were very helpful to find us transportation, and breakfast was a mix of a la cart and a buffet. the rooftop view is also very nice

we booked a sea view room assuming that a balcony would surely be available. to our surprise we get a sea view with a high window that you have to stand to see the view… rooms with balcony sea view were double the price. at the time of booking the room description didn’t say it’s a window sea view but rather a “sea view” leaving you to assume that you would actually have a balcony with a sea view like all other standard hotels. I was really disappointed with this cheeky way of justifying overcharging for a “sea view” room. if I knew, I would’ve booked a regular room and saved my money…
