About this apartment rental
Studio apartment, recently renovated, on the third floor with elevator, exterior, very bright and just 100 meters from the beach of Las Canteras, Playa Chica area.
It is fully equipped, has a semi-independent kitchen, with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, washing machine and complete kitchenware.
The living room / bedroom consists of a double bed, a sofa bed, 32-inch LCD TV with chromecast, DVD, free Wi-Fi connection and micro-chain with USB input. If necessary, we have a travel cot.
Full bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels and amenities.
In the surroundings you will find all kinds of restaurants, bars, places of drinks and shops.
In the area there are all kinds of services: supermarkets, pharmacies, fresh produce market, etc ... If you rent a car, 50 meters away there is a public pay parking. Stop Taxis 50 meters from the apartment
At about 7 minutes walk, there is the shopping area of Mesa y López where the English Court and most of the fashion shops are located.
The Santa Catalina Park Bus Interchange, the epicenter of the Carnival and the new Poema del Mar Aquarium are located about 500 meters away, from there you can travel to any point of the island.

Perfect apartment and a lovely landlord that even organized us a place in a nearby parking house for our rental car (thanks again Natacha for the great recommendations of restaurants). My wife and I enjoyed this neat apartment which had everything that one needs. It was very clean and the furniture made us feel a little bit at home. Nearby supermarket and bakery provided everything for a healthy breakfast and when we didnt wanted to go out into a restaurant it was just cosy to enjoy some Rioja, baguette, cheese and this perfect spanish jam on ! The internet access was very good and helpful to keep in touch with home. The bathroom - well the whole apartment - was well equipped. From the apartment it was only a minute walk to the beach of las canteras which surprised us with a very clean beach and crystal clear atlantic. We took the opportunity to surround the island by car and got a very good overview of the other resorts, which made us decide to return again to the Las Palmas de Gran Canaria beach. The island really offers great landscapes like in the Grand Canyon and we can just recommend anyone to go hiking to the Roque Nublo if the weather is good. Thanks again for this great 7 days (we just returned yesterday) and we will for sure come back.
