Completely renovated and decorated with attention to detail, the accommodation has a maximum capacity for 2 guests. Its excellent location on Calle Dr. Grau Bassas allows you to immerse yourself in the lively urban life just a few meters away from the famous Las Canteras Beach.
1. Main Area (Rest-Living Room-Dining-Kitchen). As it is a studio apartment, you will enjoy an open-concept space designed for your total comfort, with soundproof windows offering views of the lively Calle Dr. Grau Bassas:

2. Independent Bathroom. A private space equipped with a walk-in shower.

We provide full bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, toiletries, and a first aid kit.
Mid-stay cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels for stays longer than 7 nights. (It is the guests' responsibility to maintain cleanliness; the mid-stay cleaning we offer is a courtesy clean of up to 1 hour maximum, and under no circumstances is it a deep clean).
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
