Cosy and comfortable studio apartment in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, a stone's throw from Las Canteras Beach and with lateral sea views.
The 35 m² flat can accommodate 2 people and has a living room with a bedroom, an open plan kitchen and a bathroom. Living room with large windows and lots of light. It has everything you need for a comfortable holiday such as iron, hairdryer, Smart Tv. Wifi with unlimited internet access.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
It is located just behind the same avenue of the sandy beach "Las Canteras" where you can enjoy this magnificent beach, as well as all the services available around, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and multiple leisure offers.
Santa Catalina Park is only a 15 minute walk away and you can find the bus interchange "Santa Catalina", with all the lines to explore the island, such as the village of Teror at 30km, Tamadaba Natural Park at 66km.
The south of the island is also very recommendable to explore: Maspalomas beach with its marvellous dunes, or the village of Mogán, with its traditional fishing port.
In the south you can also find the fun of a water park: "Aqualand Maspalomas" or the amusement park "Holiday World".

The price and location were great. There's a stovetop and basic apartment amenities like a kettle and silverware. I enjoyed working at the table with the windows open, listening to the ocean. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around too.
The nearby restaurants could be noisy at times if the windows were open. Also once in a while the other guests could be noisy because the walls are a bit thin.

Nice accommodation near the beach, a short distance from the shop and the bus station. Quiet location. We would love to come back again
We stayed for three weeks and it would be good to wash the towels for a longer stay. We couldn´t find a broom to clean up after the shoes from the beach. Otherwise, the apartment was well equipped and everything was in order.
