About this apartment rental
Practical holiday home with front and side sea views, renovated in December 2022 like the building, next to Las Canteras beach, in the city centre.
Located on the third floor, it has lift, iron, internet access (wifi) 600 MB, hairdryer, 1 TV, radio and air conditioning.
In the vitroceramic independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
It is very functional, technological (it has 600 MB speed and electronic lock) and eco friendly, with low consumption appliances, LED lighting, recycling tanks, water flow regulators and due to its good location, it is not necessary to have a car, you can move on foot, by bicycle or using public transport, as the bus station (Guaguas) is less than 500 metres away, in the famous Santa Catalina Park and from there you can move to any part of the island.
The access to the building, as well as to the holiday home, offers the opportunity to enter without a key, so you can go for a swim or discover the island without worrying about the keys.
In short, a wonderful accommodation to enjoy alone, with a friend or with a partner the miniature continent that is the island of Gran Canaria and its kind inhabitants.

The location was great near to the beach. Access to the apartent was also good..with a code downstairs and upstairs also.
When we arrived apartment was semi-cleaned? It means that all wet towels were next to the toilet on the floor, bed was messy and room cleaning was half donenobody didnt clean that at all. We keeped our luggade there and we had to find somehow somebody to clean that mess.. We walked hour on the city and somebody came and cleaned then room.
