A perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and impeccable hospitality — a true hidden gem in Dubai.

The villa exceeded expectations — from its elegant design and spacious layout to the serene poolside ambiance. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, blending luxury with comfort. The staff was exceptionally attentive, making the stay feel personal and memorable.

Honestly, there’s very little to fault. A slightly late check-out option would have been a great addition to make the experience even smoother.

Loved it

Beautiful, spacious villa with an amazing infinity pool overlooking the golf course. The villa was well maintained, clean and tastefully decorated. Travelling with young children we very much appreciated the washing machine and additional amenities such as a high chair and baby cot. Our 3 and 5 year olds loved the kids club, most notably Sonia. They wanted to go every day and spend a couple of fun hours there!

We were the first tenants of this villa, so we made a few suggestions for additional items to be brought to the villa (eg kitchen utensils). Depending on which villa you rent, the walk to the Park Hyatt hotel is about 15 mins which can be warm in summer months. Limited golf buggy’s available to pick you up / drop you off.

Good place in Dubai

The privacy is amazing and the swimming pool is good for families that wish to have some privacy.

The house will infested with ants and other flaying things for the first day. Called the management office and they came and dealt with it. But unfortunately they did not clean and the left the villa with died ants all over the place. Water pressure in the shower was so bad. Water pressure in most of the toilets was bad.

‏‏If you're looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation, I highly recommend the villa I recently stayed at. The villa was absolutely fantastic with all the amenities you could possibly need. The services provided were top-notch, with 24 hour service available whenever we needed it. ‏The villa itself was impeccably clean and beautifully designed with high-end finishes and furniture. The private pool was a particular highlight, providing a refreshing respite from the warm weather. We also appreciated the availability of 24 hour golf carts, making it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. ‏For those who enjoy sports, there were also paddle and tennis areas available, as well as a children's pool for families with kids. The golf area was also fantastic, with a great course that was well-maintained and enjoyable to play on. ‏But what really made our stay memorable was the friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone we encountered was always smiling and eager to help, especially Jassim, who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of during our stay. ‏Overall, I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. The services, amenities, and staff were all exceptional, making it a truly unforgettable experience.

Oasis by the creek

Wonderful retreat in the heart of Dubai. Oasis in the middle of the city with great facilities and staff. We had some marveluous days in this green lush paradise where you can walk or bike everywhere and have plenty of choices for lunch and dinner! It will be our place in Dubai! Thank you Jassen for the an extraordinary holiday!
