This condo is so cozy and peaceful. I felt comfortable and at home as soon as I walked in. I needed a quiet escape from the city and a relaxing place to decompress after a day at the Winterpark Jazz Fest. It was the perfect place to come for a four day weekend. It is in a location that is quiet but close to the grocery store and restaurants. There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. This place would be amazing anytime of the year! It has all the utensils, dishware and items needed for preparing meals. I would stay agin in a heartbeat and bring a few family members or friends along to enjoy it with me.

We loved staying at this place. It is very convenient, right behind the Fraser Safeway. Very easy commute to the slopes. It was warm (radiant heat!), clean, cozy, and plenty of room for a husband/wife and nineteen year old. The kitchen had everything we needed. Two full bedrooms, two full baths, spacious living area.

Overall this property is very good and the owner is super easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the water heater going out on 23-Dec and the owner had a maintenance guy out that night and then a plumbing contractor out on Christmas Eve. Only complaint is that the kitchen is kind of sparse and for a family of 4 we had to run the dishwasher after every meal. Of note, not really a complaint, is that if the complex gets busy they can run out of parking spaces so be mindful of that.

We loved the proximity to the river trail and grocery store. It was also very close to the recreation center where we took the hot air balloon ride. Beautiful setting in the spectacular mountains. Thank you

This is a very nice condo that is in a great location right in the middle of Fraser behind the Safeway. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well supplied. It is close to the Winter Park Resort. The owner is easy to work with. Parking is right in front.

This condo was a great place for us to stay. It is in walking distance to the Safeway Grocery Store and a short drive to the fraser tubing hill. Ski rental was close and you are a short drive from Winterpark and Granby Ranch Ski Resorts. The owner James responded quickly to any questions we had. We would stay here again. The condo was clean and everything worked well. I also liked that it was on the end of the building and on floor level.

From booking through our stay, James' communication was awesome and timely. We got delayed on our way out and he made arrangements to put the O2 machine we rented into the condo. The condo was clean and just what we needed for our ski vacation. We have stayed in the area several times before and this by far is the most convenient to WP for either driving or taking the Black/Purple line bus to the hill. Also the in-unit laundry was helpful for minimalist packing for our trip.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was clean and cozy and in a great location near the Safeway. Parking was a right outside the front door and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Roughly a 10 minute drive to the base of Mary Jane. 5 minutes to the Winter Park base. James was great to work with and responded promptly to any questions I had during the booking process. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in the area.

Just a few miles from Winter Park, this property is ideal for someone looking to hit the slopes without paying excessive amounts for a comparable property. Nearby grocery stores and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. The condo itself was neatly appointed with the latest HDTV's & speakers for a relaxing evening after a long day of skiing. We preferred to cook all of our meals and James had all the essential pots, pans, & utensils you'd find in your own home. We had a great trip and want to thank James for allowing us to share his condo for the weekend.

Great place to stay at Winter Park!

We stayed here at the first of the year, 2018. Great 2BR, 2 Bath 1st floor unit with very easy access to your car. It has lots of beds to sleep, including a bunk bed, trundle type bed, sleeper sofa, as well as the master so we hand plenty of room for the whole crew. The unit in the very nice Waterside West development, which is right by the grocery store in Fraizer and just a few minutes from the slopes at Winter Park or Mary Jane. It has a washer and dryer in the unit to make it easy to keep all your gear clean. Granite counter-tops with a dishwasher in the kitchen as well as an assortment of pans and dishes in the unit for fixing meals. Internet was included as well as cable tv where we watched a couple of movies. A few games were in the unit as well. The kitchen table is small, with only four chairs so that is the only negative. The owner is very easy to get a hold of if anything is needed and we would certainly stay here again. It is radiant floor heating, using the hot water in the floor, so it keeps you nice and cozy, just takes a while for temperatures to change, but that system means the hot water is endless so everyone can get a warm shower! Be sure to visit Hernandos for some fantastic food in Winter Park while you visit!
