Beautiful Mountain Condo! Open floor plan allows plenty of space. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 1100 sq ft condo sleeps 6 very comfortably. Master bedroom/bathroom hosts a king size bed and jet tub. Secondary bedroom has a queen bunk on the bottom with a double on top. Washer/Dryer in unit. Kitchen is fully operational with all the modern conveniences. Plenty of great restaurants and a theatre close by. Brand new Recreation Center 1 mile away featuring a workout center, pools and classes. Easy access to WinterPark/MaryJane Ski areas via short drive or can catch the shuttle from Safeway which is in easy walking distance. Frasier tubing hill is .7 miles away. This unit backs up to the community fishing pond and trail which connects Granby to WinterPark. Great unobstructed views! This is a great place no matter what your interest. Whether they be biking/hiking/walking/skiing/tubing/snow shoeing/relaxing/reading.

The property was wonderful! Clean, comfortable and spacious. Conveniently located. Communication with owner was very timely and check in and out was easy. Would stay again.

Very easy to access, only one set of stairs, plenty of parking, loved that my daughter was able to walk out back and sled on the 10 foot hill. Fireplace was warm and easy to use. Plenty of room for the three of us that stayed, could have fit a couple more too. Everything we could ask for. Very clean and comfy. Hope to return next year.

The property is cute and there are lots of games and puzzles. But the thermostat and AV equipment is all under lock and key and the TV setup is wonky with an ancient remote required that was never designed for a Roku. And for a ski spot to not have enough heavy blankets is a big mis. Particularly when one of the bedrooms is barely heated.

We had a wonderful time at the condo! Very close to a grocery store and liquor store. Very close to a shuttle to take you to winter park or less than 10 minute drive to the base. Place was even bigger than expected from the pictures. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of board games to play. Large dining room table and couch area to hang in. Would 100% stay again!!

Paula has gone the extra mile in decorating the condo to add to the feeling you're on vacation in the Rockies. Nice view of Byers Peak; easy access to the Fraser River trail which is perfect for a morning stroll; the paved bike path to the resort base is just across the street. Paula was responsive and pleasant when we had a question. Having owned a condo on the ridge above Paula's for 25 years I came with high expectations, which were fully met. A solid five star in every way.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely updated, very clean, and the owner was excellent about getting information to us in advance as well as quickly answering any questions we had on our stay. And even though it was too cold to sit outside on the patio, we enjoyed the beautiful view through all the large windows in the living room!

We really enjoyed Paula's condo. Plenty of space for 3 of us, good linens, comfy beds plus easy parking for 2 cars, and a lovely patio to enjoy the afternoon sun. Paula even provided fresh coffee beans for the grinder. Nice touch! We would definitely return.

The condo was just as listed. The furnishings, beds, and bedding were all tasteful and comfortable and the unit was updated and clean. We loved the fireplace after skiing and the location was perfect! Kitchen is very well appointed and can easily accommodate 6 people. I would stay here again.

Cute, but very difficult to access

Cute, but we wish the host would have told us in their description this unit is very difficult to access. You park a full garage away, then have to carry all your luggage, coolers of food, etc about 30 ft, then down 2 flights of stairs, before arriving at the bottom floor condo. The snow removal crew, bless their hearts, start shoveling snow at 5:15 a.m. No sleeping in, but we did not have to shovel snow either, which was a plus.

Great home base for a week of skiing! Property was clean and as described, well located for access to Winter Park resort, and is right behind the Safeway in Fraser when domestic responsibilities come calling! Paula was great with communication and was able to accommodate a few special requests that made the trip even more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our vacation. The way the condo is decorated was cute and tastefully done. The beds were very comfortable. We were extremely impressed with how well stocked the condo was. There wasn’t anything we needed that we couldn’t find. There were even extra items available that were appreciated. The location of the condo was prime. We loved being near the grocery store and restaurants. Yet, we didn’t feel as though we were in a busy location. It was also very nice to have a designated driveway to park in. That way we were always able to park within a close proximity of the condo. The pond in the back of the condo was a super bonus. My teenage son would spend hours out there fishing while we were able to relax on the patio. Overall our trip to Fraser was just what we needed. From this location we were able to travel to many hiking spots where we saw deer, elk and even a moose. We will definitely save this condo to our favorites and if given the opportunity we would stay here again.

What I liked most about this condo was the view and location. I overlooked a pond with Byers Peak in the distance so I enjoyed glorious sunrises and spetacular sunsets. I'm close to the Mt which is easy to drive to or I catch the bus to ski. I'm close to the grocery store, the library and the elementary school where I played pickle ball in the evenings. It was very nice having a dinning room table where I could host my family and grandkids. The fooze ball table was a also big hit! The other things that were important to me was the gas fireplace and the convience of a washer & dryer. The owners were wonderful and responded immediately to any questions. I'll be back!

We spent the weekend of our great-niece's high school graduation at the condo and it was the perfect place -- close to the my sister's home (her grand daughter is the graduate), but an island of peace and quiet amid the large family gathering. In fact, my sister stayed with us most of the visit. The condo had absolutely everything we needed with the exception of hangars in the closets, which my sister kindly provided from her house, so it was no big deal but we thought it worth mentioning. We will stay again next time we both make the trip to Fraser, probably for the high school graduation of the younger sister.
