The Fraser River Trail is nearby, Winter Park Resort is about six miles away, and the Loveland Ski area is roughly 46 miles from this mountain getaway. Visit Granby Ranch, Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests, or Rocky Mountain National Park, only a short drive away.

Pros: Easy parking and decent location a short drive to the slopes. We (two couples) enjoyed the living space and working wood fireplace. Decent layout. Generally well stocked.
Cons: 1) Entire unit reeked of stale weed when we arrived. We were able to air it out but it was a disappointing first impression. 2) Thin ceiling. Sounded like the upstairs neighbors were stomping around in ski boots early every morning. 3) Temp control - temps dipped during our stay, and the heater didn’t keep up. The unit stayed chilly.
