We had an amazing stay. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. We loved the complimentary drinks, snacks, fruits, and daily sweets. They even provided an adapter so we could watch a football match on the TV. Special thanks to Ash and Ashur for their excellent service and for helping us arrange our transport to Cameron Highlands. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

the location
As I paid more than RM5,000 for two rooms for two nights, I find the following issues unacceptable:
The car park was not well maintained.
For such an expensive room, minibar snacks were chargeable.
The reception staff were not well trained. Check-in took 30 minutes, and check-out took more than 20 minutes.
Only one camera was functioning for check-in registration. When more than three groups of guests were checking in, staff had to share the camera, resulting in a very messy and unprofessional environment.
The Wi-Fi was weak. When I turned on the TV, all movies were lagging.
