    Crockfords is the best hotel in Malaysia. Cleanliness, service, amenities, housekeeping and food options within the hotel is world class. Location is also attractive. Great for honeymoon and special occasions.

    This is not the first time we stay at Crockfords and the reason is always the fact that Crockfords made us feel great! From the moment we booked Crockfords to the day we arrived, it was an amazing journey. The butler and the manager personally made sure there were no hiccups with our arrival and our valet plans. Even our rooms were prepared with much care to our needs. We felt like we mattered with all the attention we got from Crockfords. They didn’t make us feel like we were just another guest checking in, they made us feel like we are the world to them. The rooms were excellent in cleanliness and in amenities. There was nothing that was not put there with care and attention to clients’ needs. Everything was perfect. The breakfast at Eden was just heavenly and the fairy tale location included fantastic views of the mountains. The fresh fruit juice is our favourite. The lounge was relaxing and the music duo made our evenings dreamy and romantic. The food and selection of wines and cocktails made the place attractive for just lounging around catching up with friends and family. We liked the housekeeping and especially the butler services as it saved us a lot of time with restaurant reservations. They are indeed an extended helping hand that made our holiday a tad more memorable. It is always Crockfords for us when we travel because it is the unparalleled best.

    Hotel Lobby is newly renovated but service level went down. Breakfast staff are not communicate well and we were surprised when told we don't hv breakfast. Which later found out our record. A series of incident happens and no single one point service taking care of guests. All different manager everyday. Hotel staffs need more training and feel like a new hotel instead of a hotel that won many years of award. May be hotel management changed and they are all NEW now
