    We enjoyed our stay at Crockfords. The macarons and teddy bear given by the hotel were sweet gestures. The view is amazing. The hotel is accessible to the shopping areas and theme parks. Room was spacious and service was good. Although it is pricier than other hotels, it is definitely a comfortable stay for families with young children.

    Very strategic and prestigious hotel. Wish it's easier to book the hotel, maybe due to high demand. Lots of food and casinos nearby.

    Every year I definitely booked crockford to stay. But I can feel the standard and service had dropped drastically. Only the room and place stay the same. Last time check in, we can sit at sofa and the staff will come to serve and check in for us. Now we need to stand and Q to wait. And the complimentary pastry also got lesser. Those lotion and shampoo used to be individual bottle for us to use , now change into big bottle there for us to press and use for every hotel guest. I personally feel since we can pay that amount why remove the individual use bottle… altough is small but enough to use for 3 nights. Now seems like normal hotel shampoo and shower gel and lotion being shared by everyone… Now will make me think twice to book crockford.
