    One of the most memorable stay ever. super comfortable rooms and very classy interiors. Breakfast spread is good but the variety can be improved further other than that no major comments at all.

    Had a really great 4D3N stay at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur for my birthday! 🎂 The staff were honestly exceptional from start to finish. My wife had planned a surprise birthday celebration for me, but well… it wasn’t really a surprise anymore because one of the staff actually asked me, “Whose birthday is it?” 😂😂 So there goes the surprise! But honestly, we had a good laugh about it. What really impressed me was the service recovery. It was genuinely superb. The team handled the situation really well and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Really appreciated the effort and how they turned an awkward moment into a positive experience. Big shoutout to Reychyaan and the entire team — the hospitality and service were definitely the highlight of our stay. Things don’t always go perfectly, but I think what matters is how the team handles it, and they handled it really well. A couple of small downsides though. From the drop-off point to our room, it takes around 7–10 minutes of walking, so it can be a little tiring, especially with a toddler and luggage. 😅 Unfortunately, we also happened to visit during the haze, so we didn’t really get to enjoy the views as much as we hoped. Not really the hotel’s fault, obviously — just bad timing on our part. Overall, we had a very memorable stay and would definitely come back again. Hopefully next time, the birthday surprise actually stays a surprise and we get the clear KL views too! 😂

    As the title suggest and the cost of stay, one would expect a really top notch and quality stay. First, connecting rooms upon booking but came and was rejected. Not peak season, seen so many rooms with connecting joints but nvm. If this is not possible, don't even allow people to put this as an option honestly. Second, process for housekeeping. Barge into the room for house cleaning on privacy. No manual door cards hanger for cleaning or privacy if this is a better option to consider for the housekeeping team. Light bulb went off and shower drain got clogged. Not good really as people could be changing clothes in the room. Third, the entire 118 mall was not operating! This hotel started more than a year back! Really? Have to grab each and everytime for everything - could have gotten things sideway the hotel if there was a mall or even shops but isn't. Even grab has to go down the 3 different lifts and all the way to LGM to pick up. Consider using robots please for such situations is a better consideration. Could just learn from the cheaper hotels on China already using this. All in all, really not worth the monies and hassle to stay here with everything that happens.
