Casa Vocabolo Osteria is located in an ideal geographic context, in central Italy, between Rome and Florence, near Todi, Perugia and Lake Trasimeno, in a scenic place, with great views, located on a very quiet hill in the countryside, a place to relax, not far from a small medieval village.
It 'a nice house, part of a small but independent residential unit with porch, has recently been completely renovated, with nice furniture, it is composed of: double bedroom, twin bedroom, living room with sofa - bed, kitchenette (cooker equipped), bathroom and dressing room, porch. There are four beds available and, upon request and additional bed in the room is available, if needed there is also a cot.
The services offered are: TV, wi-fi, use of the garden with gazebo, children's playground, barbecue, use of bicycles, parking space inside the property, we also accept pets.
The welcome and hospitality are managed at a very familiar and house-like level in the style of Umbrian tradition and simplicity.
It guarantees the availability to discover, experience, live the territory with its traditions and with a tourist information service, and on-demand event organized excursions to places of interest nearby.
The price includes linen and towels and final cleaning, there are no additional charges. The rates will be discounted depending on length of stay, number of admissions, special offers at particular times or book well in advance.

The accommodation is wonderfully located in the countryside of Umbria. You have an incredibly beautiful view. Many different seating options (pool, BBQ, dining area) allow for a nice change. Simply perfect for both children and adults! I would definitely recommend this place and would go there again.

We enjoyed the house of the Covarino family; They are very welcoming and attentive to make us feel at home. A practical apartment, beautiful and large garden with lovely swimming pool and fantastic views

For our long weekend in Umbria, I chose to pick this beautiful apartment in a countryside villa. In front of us the shiny view of Morcella, a small jewel of a village socketed on a hill in the middle of the sweet, green and peaceful landscape, with the Nestore river at walking distance.
The villa is in a good position to visit Perugia, Assisi, Deruta and Todi, all within 30-35 minutes by car.
A special mention to our hosts Silvia, Giuseppina and Franco, for their kindness and support. It was a special stay.
