Il Noce is one of four apartments in an old restored farmhouse, Agriturismo Casa Greppo. With its 60 square meters, it can comfortably accommodate a family of 4, in 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and well-equipped kitchen, fireplace, terrace, patio, surrounded by olive and fruit trees, woods, sunflowers, cultivated hills and a relaxing rooftop pool. ... and in a short time you can reach Perugia, Todi, Lake Trasimeno, Montefalco, Assisi, but also Rome or Florence and much more.
The accommodation
60 sqm. on two levels, two bedrooms for 4 beds, one bathroom.
Accommodation: autonomous driving.
General facilities: apartment, self-contained heating with methane boiler, air conditioning, safe, washing machine, furnished outdoor space. WiFi on request.
Ground floor:
Unique living room-kitchen with fireplace.
Kitchenette: fridge, four burner stove, electric oven, washing machine.
Seating area: armchairs and sofa for 4 seats.
Dining area: table and chairs for 4/6 persons.
Private outdoor relaxation area with shaded roof for dining and relaxation and panoramic garden.
First floor:
Two bedrooms, one twin, one double, one can add a baby cot.
A full service with shower.

A large garden with a lawn, a vegetable garden, an orchard, and plenty of space around it. From June to September, you will have a beautiful panoramic swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols and shady sheds, with panoramic views of valleys and small villages.
