Il PINO is a first floor apartment of 60 sqm with private entrance, living room with kitchen and fireplace, double bedroom, TV and private bathroom with shower, furnished in a rustic style. In the large living room there are two single beds. Extra single bed available. Outside there is a private garden, with chairs, deckchairs, table and barbecue. Panoramic swimming pool and large garden. The property is completely fenced. Parking inside the property.

In the heart of Umbria, just 15 minutes far from Assisi, Perugia and Todi, is set our typical holiday farmhouse with pool and beautiful large garden. The farmhouse is situated on a green hilltop overlooking the Tiber valley, just 3 minutes far from Deruta, a town famous throughout the world for its art of ceramics.
