The house has a private pool and a large outdoor terrace. It is located in a natural park, in a private and secure urbanization, giving free access to tennis, swimming pool, bowling green, children's games and access to the restaurant. The view is exceptional, with distant views of the sea and the old village in front of Romanya de la Selva, Dolmen). Calm is guaranteed, it is a haven of peace, located at the end of a track accessible by car about 1.5km, at the end of a dead end road. The rental is located near three 18-hole golf courses (Mas Nou 10mn by car), an 18-hole golf course (Santa Cristina and Solius), distant on average 6kms from the house. Access to the sea on average is 12 kms: Playa de Aro, San Antoni de Calonge, Palamos, Sant Feliu de Guixols, S'Agaro (about 15 to 20 minutes drive). Possible direct access from the house to Playa de Aro by the road ridges without crossing the village and without traffic. The rental includes two buildings: A house with kitchen, dining room / living room overlooking a covered terrace, 2 bedrooms including a large (2x95x200 beds) and a small with a bed (2x90x200 beds), equipped with large wardrobes. A tower with two rooms: one located on the first floor of the tower (sleeps a bed 2x80x190) with a bathroom common to both rooms of the tower; the second bedroom is on the second floor of the tower (a 160x190 bed). Access to the rooms is from a summer lounge. The rooms in the tower each have a terrace. The rental includes a bathroom in each building.
