The house is located in a quiet urbanization in an idyllic setting and with easy access to the main coves and beaches in the area since the accommodation is only 8.9 km from the sea. Inside we find a large dining room with access to the terrace, kitchen with access to the other terrace where there is the chill-out area and beyond the barbecue, 3 bedrooms (a suite with double bed and bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds) 2 bathrooms (1 in the suite), and a wide list of additional services and amenities:
- Independent kitchen with access to the terrace- Air conditioning in the rooms
- Terrace with table and chairs
- Porch with Chill'out area
- Parking
- Swimming pool
- Wifi
- Satellite TV
Bed linen and bathroom towels are included.
Final cleaning is included.
The area offers endless possibilities for sea and mountain tourist activities with an exceptional offer of adventure sports, nature, shopping, shopping centers and an innumerable offer of the best gastronomy in the area, with a diversity of restaurants with Michelin stars as well as local and international cuisine.

A very comfortable villa, well-located, good indoor and outdoor spaces and a gorgeous swimming pool.
The only issue for us was that coming from Northern Europe we found the heat uncomfortable and sleeping difficult. Fans in the bedrooms would therefore have been greatly appreciated! Other than that, it was lovely.

Sehr freundliche Dame im Büro. Tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht. Toller Pool. Ganz toller Aussenbereich. Schöner Strand ca 20 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Leider sehr unebenen und sehr gewundene Straße die zum und vom Haus in die Stadt/zum Strand führt.Ich würde gerne wiederkommen!

In the house there is everything for a successful holiday. We enjoyed the good amenities in the house (lots of space), the beautiful swimming pool, the quiet area, the privacy, the helpful agency, ... Only the wooden bench outside may be renewed. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for fun excursions: Barcelona, Girona, Tossa De Mar, Platja d'Aro, nice (smaller) beaches (Sa Conca) nearby ... The coastal road between Sant Feliu De Guixols and Tossa De Mar is breathtaking. We had a great holiday and definitely recommended.
