We felt very well taken care of, and the location could not be better. Walking distance to everything imaginable with easy access to all modes of public transportation, including buses, light rail, and intercity railways. The designated parking spot was a godsend.

The appartement was big, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and extra WC. Kitchen with dining area and living room was big enough. We had a parking place in the garage.
The app was not clean. We had to clean the bathroom, so that we could use it normally. The aircon (for heating now) is loud in the masterbedroom, needs some repair. We booked the app on friday for saturday and sunday, got a confirmation via email. At night we received an email, if it would be OK for us to check in on sunday. Of course NOT! Then after arriving at Jerusalem, we received another email if we could pick up the key at the owner's. This was no problem for us, though we rent a car. Important: Do not arrive on saturday (sabbath) because the owner cannot come and give you the key!
