Amazing location, walking distance from zion square and the old city. The apartments were roomy, and even had an amazing view of the old city from the balcony. We had enough towels for everyone, and loved that there was a washing machine and dryer, hot plate, and hit water urn for shabbat. There were also some dishes in the kitchen.
Some areas of the apartment need maintenance, but nothing major.

הצוות שירות על הפנים!!! הסתבכנו עם החנייה והתקשרנו לבקש עזרה איפה חונים, הצוות ענה בצורה מתלהמת, לא ניסע לעזור, ניתק לנו את השיחה בפנים, רק לאחר זמן חזר אלינו נציג נורמלי שבאמת הסביר מה צריך לעשות כדי להיכנס לחנייה. לא בקשה גדולה. חבל מאוד.
