I like the location, price, comfortable bed and the microwave in the room.

Ultra dirty sofa, stinky window curtain, congested toilet, the television did not work. No staff for assistance.

The location was just right, in walking distance of Ben Yehuda and the Western Wall and close to every bus and train we needed. The unit was very clean and in a semi-tropical country you will want a place with no bugs and a clean bathroom and linens. We slept really well and considering that Hillel is a noisy street that is an important quality. Customer service was.5-star. This is an internet hotel, meaning there is no front desk/on-site manager. Even so, our questions were answered immediately, with customer service following up to make sure we were satisfied. If you don't mind a dingy building lobby and a very small room you will find great value and customer service here!

The building entrance and steps are not clean, although once you are in the actual AJU apartment area, it is tidy.. The hotel could get rid of the plastic flowers and plants at the entry as they do nothing but trap dust. The kitchen needed more plates and silverware but that was easy to get. Sadly, our double bed was a little lumpy. The AC could not be set to less than 24. We believe the tv remote needs new batteries since it didn't work for us.
