We liked everything about the apartment, the location, the clear instructions for getting in, the well-equipped kitchen, and almost everything else. We could have used more instructions on how to use all the appliances and how to start the hot water, but the hosts were very helpful when we asked. The hosts were also very accommodating when we asked about leaving our luggage, both with an early check-in and a late check-out.
The only thing I would have wished for is for more hours during which the hosts were available - they were wonderful when we could reach them, but they are not available outside their business hours.
