Casa Figueira is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa located on a small urbanisation just a couple of minutes drive from the popular seaside town of Carvoeiro. The villa offers sweeping views towards the mountains of Monchique and of the surrounding area.
The outdoor areas boast established gardens, a heated salt water pool (pool heating costs extra), large patio with outdoor seating area and gas barbecue.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms, living room and dining area, central heating throughout, enclosed log fire, wi-fi and a internet based TV service offering UK and other international channels. A cot and high chair are available on request.
Carvoeiro itself is a charming town full of restaurants, shops, bars and at its centre sits a beautiful sandy beach. Boat trips that explore the coastline and its caves and grottos leave regularly from the beach. Also during the summer months (June – September), a stage is erected next to the beach in the square and live music is played every night.
The accommodation comprises of an open plan living / dining area which opens onto a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool. There is a spacious fully fitted kitchen with adjacent laundry room and 3 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom.
The villa is looked after by a property manager. You will be provided with contact details for the property manager in case you have any questions or need assistance during your stay. The property manager also has a 24h emergency phone number.

My family and my brother and his wife stayed in Casa Figueira for 10 days in August. We were very impressed. The house was immaculate and even nicer than we were expecting. It had everything we needed and wi-fi and UK TV to keep the kids happy. Having a heated pool was a definite bonus. The beds were extremely comfortable. The villa was completely sheltered from neighboring houses and offered complete privacy. A beautiful villa and we hope to come back again one day.

Me and a few mates stayed at Casa Figueira for a 5 day golfing holiday. The house itself was nice. The pool was heated which made a nice change from other villas I have stayed in before.
We were only a 5 minute drive from the Gramacho and Vale da Pinta courses both of which have 18 holes and were very well kept and maintained.
We had several decent meals in town and there was an abundance of restaurants and bars to choose from.
Overall a very good experience.
