Clean, spacious and every need catered for. Pool area was amazing. Plenty of beds, tables and umbrellas on all the terraces. 3 double bedrooms all with en-suites were very comfortable. Pool cleaned regularly.

The house is spacious, the pool/yard are very private, and location is fantastic.

The mattresses are very hard. Would definately come back but might need to get some mattress toppers 😄

The villa is nicely decorated and furnished, with good facilities. There is a nice view out to sea and the weather was glorious.

The villa is located very near to a local centre for industrial gravel and soil receipt and dispatch and a main through road. This means that it is very noisy, particularly in the mornings. The level and type of noise detracts from enjoying the villa and pool area and generally being able to relax in the garden. The villa is being managed by a new company this year. Our experience was different from the previous year when we had a thorough villa clean and change of towels/bed linen and the patio/pool area was swept. This year we had to remind the agency that we needed a clean and a change of towels/bedding. The kitchen was not cleaned, so we did that ourselves. We were told that it was not possible for cleaners to sweep up the leaves around the pool as they did not have enough time to do so, so we swept that area too. I made some suggestions as to how the agency could improve its maintenance and cleaning of the villa to ensure that it is in keeping with its luxury description. For example, guests should not have to sweep the pool area and clean the pool to enjoy the outside area. I suggested that paying attention to the outside area was as important as the inside of the villa as it indicated to the guests that the villa was being cared for. This in turn ensures that the guests are comfortable inside and outside of the villa. The contact at the agency was very good at listening and responding to requests and passed on our suggestions re cleaning and the pool area.
