About this apartment rental
Very bright luxury apartment of 55m² facing south with 12m² balcony offering a splendid view of the Bisanne massif.
It has 7 beds + 1 double sofa bed in the living room.
The spacious parent bedroom opens onto the balcony, it has a 140 bed, a large closet and a chest of drawers and a desk. It has a private bathroom with toilet, bathtub, electric towel dryer, washer-dryer.
The living room which opens onto the balcony, like the bedroom, is equipped with a sofa with coffee table, an armchair with a large flat screen TV and a stereo with radio.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, large pyrolysis oven and microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker and all the appropriate dishes.
You then have a cabin with bunk beds and drawers under the beds then another bedroom with loft bed + 140 BZ bed and desk;
A bathroom with shower and electric towel dryer, a WC n ° 2 completes the apartment. All beds have duvets.

Possibility to rent the garage in the chalet: supplement € 85.
The chalet is located in the center of the resort near the shops, the "eight to eight", the bakery, the tea room, the cheese dairy and the ski school.
A ski room is available on the landing and you can leave the ski-in ski-out chalet to reach the start of the ski lifts.

We stayed 5 days in this apartment in preparation for Tour du Mont Blanc. The apartment was clean and had a perfect view from the balcony. The communication with the owner was fine; she reacted quickly. I do recommend this apartment if you are looking for a place in les Saisies.

les points positifs : L'appartement est vraiment bien situé , à proximité des commerces et des pistes de ski. La vue sur le Beaufortain est superbe et le balcon exposé plein sud est très appréciable. L'appartement est très bien équipé , sauf le canapé qui est en bout de course .
Les contacts avec la propriétaire et l'agence sont au top .
Les points à revoir : La capacité max de ce logement nous parait plus adaptée pour 4 adultes et deux enfants .
La question du ménage a été le point noir , encore plus en période de COVID . Aucune désinfection prévue entre les locataires et aucun ménage de fond ne semble être réalisé pendant la période hivernale de location . Bref nous avons dû en plus de la désinfection , nettoyer les grilles de ventilation ( quasi bouchées) ,aspirer sous le canapé entre autres .... acheter une serpillière et un manche a balai !!! Les alaises des lits n'étaient pas propres ....
Le prix exorbitant du ménage ne peut que dissuader les locataires qui assurent cependant leur part de ménage à prendre cette option . C'est tellement dommage !!
