I was satisfied with everything. Recommendation: more choices for breakfast for those with food sensitivities.

The hotel was excellently convenient. Brilliant location, rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Check in was smooth. When you walk outside of the hotel you have these stunning views of the High Tatras.
The safe in the room had a missing battery which happened to be laid next to the unit, when I put it into the safe the alarm started going off so I removed it again. And the shower gel dispenser in the shower wasn’t working (lucky they had also provided miniatures). Maybe a tat overpriced in my opinion also.
