Historical center in the heart of Florence

Wonderful stay in Florence. Property was a great location to get everywhere we needed to go by walking, even the train station. Safe area and quiet nights. Marco was very accommodating and available if we needed anything and helpful with recommendations for food. Thanks again for the great stay

This apartment has it all, everything you need while visiting Florence. Tiziana is such an amazing host, allowing us to arrive a day later than planned due to inclement weather in Siena the night prior. But back to this incredibly located property...........in the high end, retail shopping district right downtown and minutes away from the bridge over the Ponte Vecchio. Great A/C units (two) and wonderful water pressure and a wash machine right in the unit. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, cozy for two people and a comfortable bed as well. Wifi was great also !

The good - location is amazing and there’s air conditioning along w a washer The bad- the host is not very accommodating - felt like I was speaking to a robot- I stayed at about 10 different accommodations during my euro trip and no exaggeration every single one of them allowed us early bag drop off and bag storage post check out. It’s called hospitality business for a reason and this host just wasn’t that she refused to allow either of those things to happen and suggested we pay for locker storage if we needed to put our bags outside of the listed hours on the listing. I would have definitely booked another stay if I’d known this. To be fair I did ask all my other host prior to cancellation window about luggage storage and this one slipped through the cracks since it’s the only one I booked on vrbo vs other sites It was also very small apartment bruised my leg a few times from the crammed bed bathroom situation. Loud in the morning bc the construction I guess next door. It’s naturally very humid so your washed clothing will take days to dry- gets muggy. Dark and dungy didn’t love it for other than the location. Also didn’t love the fact that the host required us to remove our trash- other stays in Italy didn’t require this- kind of annoying to have to figure out where to throw our trash when trying to check out- would expect this to be handled since we paid a cleaning fee. Not the worst but not the best- Not really sure if I’d recommend
