The park is very conveniently located to explore the dune landscape and the seaside. You can walk from the park to the dunes and the dune area is exceptionally beautiful. The park has everything you need for a nice time. The kids loved the swimming pool and the playgrounds. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I will definitely return. The house was clean. The dog was welcome. The space expo is very close by and definitely worth a visit. Even my 1.5 year old was impressed :-)
I am driving a rather large car and the parking space for my house was difficult to reach. It all just fitted, but if my car would have been a little larger (>475 cm) it would have been very tight. This is very specific to the house I got, and is for sure not always the case. But if you have a large car, better to check first.

Location was good, spacious living area, clean kitchen.
Making the beds myself after a long few days of travelling plus that you have to pay for the linen separately. Also the same for the towels, you'll have to pay for this separately. I would suggest to just increase the overall price per night and include all of this. It was a real pain. Also maybe invest in new towels, they were very thin and scratching my skin.

The accomodation fits our needs quite well. It is not the newest or the most luxurious place, but since we did not plan to stay inside there the whole day during our holiday, it suited us quite well.
Our cabin with the small garden was quite spacious for 2 adult and 2 kids, clean and had almost everything needed for a good stay.
The restaurant appeared full every time we drove by, so it might be worth to visit once in a while. We hadn't had the time to use the pool, but I saw quite a number of families using them.
They have a laundry room, a bike rental, a small choices of every day necessities to buy, a small playground for younger kids.
The personnel were always polite and happy to help when needed.
Overall we had a nice stay here.
The non-stick pans inside our cabin have definitely seen better days and urgently need to be replaced.

Not much to like here, terrible value for money. We did enjoy the restaurant.
This place feels like a rip off. It is expensive, you have to pay extra for bed linnen, you can't bring your own. You have to make your own beds and strip them afterwards. They charge if you want to use a tea towel. The swimming pool is only open from 10am to 5 pm, when you're doing your day trip. And the floors are sandy. You get more value for money staying done where else.

Good place to stay near the tulip fields

Location, the accommodation was lovely, and the staff were great. They dealt with a noisy neighbour promptly and took our concerns seriously.
We hired bikes and enjoyed cycling around the area. The tulip fields were beautiful
The laundry room was not very clean unfortunately a very bad smell developed near the end of our stay, should have raised it to reception.
We didn't get to use the swimming pool because of the pool times would have like to swim 8am before going out or when back so if the pool could be open longer than 10am to 445pm, as we are use to being able to swim 6pm too.

We loved the friendly and supportive staff. The shop.
The swimming pool hours are not practical. Most people want to swim early in the morning. The smell in the laundry room

The beds are not ready, and the pool closes at 4:30 pm, that was not very nice, but the rest was amazing

Outlay of chalet. Location.

The grounds of the park are well kept. The restaurant staff were great. The location is pleasant if you have a bike or car.
Our accommodation was, frankly, disgusting, due to extreme lack of cleaning. hairs on the undersheets of the beds, many dead insects on the window sill, huge spider webs/nests in the corners, excessive dust & dirt on the entrance carpet, stains on the bathroom walls, grimy surfaces all over the kitchen, grime and mould in the shower, thick dust on the extractor hood etc etc. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if it had never properly been cleaned. The ventilation in the windowless bathroom was also broken so the whole cabin smelled strongly of damp. We complained 5 separate times to reception staff, on the 4th occasion the ventilation was repaired but we never managed to get the cabin cleaned, and the staff appeared to care less and less each time we complained, until they were treating us with blantant contempt. I have emailed repeatedly since returning to try and get Europarcs to admit that our experience was unacceptable and that they would do better in future (or inform future clients that the accommodation is supplied uncleaned) but that has gone in a similarly outrageous fashion, starting with an apology and an offer of €60 refund on a €2300+ bill - and culminating with them telling me that in fact I didn't make my grievances know to reception staff - patently untrue and infuriating. We do not want a pittance of compensation, we want them to admit what they did wrong and undertake to correct this in future. Overall our experience with Europarcs has been awful.

nice location
The inside of the property was incredibly dirty. There was dust everywhere, especially under beds, under the sofas, on lampshades. The shower had a shaver and dirty cotton pads that was left from previous guests. no air conditioning remote to use air conditioning. For €210 a night the facility was not up to standard for that price. deeply disappointing.

the garden is properly designed for dogs as it has the net to keep dogs/pets inside the property.
the kitchen is well equipped
the kitchen, dining and living room is good size
the bed are terrible to lay on, please consider replacing them. I slept on the couch to be able to have a proper sleep at least.
the toilet and the outdoor beddings are not properly cleaned, there are lots of fur on them.

It was very quiet and the staff seems very nice but it is really over priced for what it is.
The picture on booking.com is not representative at all of the park itself. It shows a nice house in the sand but this is only the ones close to reception, the rest of the houses are ugly and very close to each other - no intimacy.
The facilities are very poor, very bad communication as it says that reception is open until 19h on friday but it was already closed at 17h when we arrived. The instruction and presentation of the park is really poor . No little supermarket or anything to buy food in site and the children indoor playground opens at noon on weekend!

Photos showed a big outside jungle gym for the kids but this was not there, only a jump pillow. Also some of the phots shows a supertube at the swimming pool and this was also not the case. Might be good to remove these photos from Parc De Soil
