Our holiday home is situated in Noordwijk, located on the Dutch coast. In the center of Noordwijk with the cozy and beautiful Boulevard, shopping center you will find many shops, restaurants and cafes.
In the dunes and on the beach, there are also many opportunities for walking, cycling (4 bikes FREE), horseback riding, etc..

Would you like to visit a museum or a city? Within 45 minutes from Noordwijk is Leiden (15 min.), Haarlem (30 min.), The Hague (30 min.), Delft (40 min.) and Amsterdam (45 min.).

SPECIAL:
From early spring in Noordwijk and nabouring villages you can enjoy the colourful flower fields with tulips, narcissus and hyacinths, a pleasure to your eyes!

The holiday house:
The beautiful furniture and the spacious sharing make you feel directly at home.
On the ground floor there is a large living area with access to the terrace and garden, also you can find here the fully equipped kitchen with dining area.
Before climbing the stairs there's a toilet.
Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms with 2 and 3 beds and a beautiful bathroom with whirlpool, shower, toilet and sink.
There is also a washing machine availabel.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the property, which is in a great location to explore The Hague, Leiden & the Keukenhof amongst other places. It is clean, as described & on a peaceful holiday home site of similar houses. Good communication from the owner. A few suggestions : basics, such as hand soap and a hairdryer would be an improvement. If towels were provided, including bath mat, this would be more convenient & indeed more usually provided in our experience. A nice touch would be for there to be a few basics, such as milk, sugar in the kitchen. Overall a good place though!though. usuallyuarehand soap

We had our honeymoon in the house and it was great. The beds were comfy and the house was well furnished. Contact with the owner was easy and he was very nice. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and the fridge freezer is big. We did not need the washing machine but it was nice that there was one. You need bikes or be good on foot to get to the beach but bikes come with the house. We would book again.

Five day stay, very peaceful, except for the cars that speed behind the property. Nice size dining area and tv room to relax. Used jetted tub to relax. Comfortable beds I would suggest that the heat be regulated better when outside temperature is colder, we were cold at night. Also every morning we found many small ants called owner who came to d as pray vinegar on them. Still had them along the base boatd

Das Haus ist sehr schön und auch sauber,( das Sofa müsste mal richtig gereinigt werden ). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, wir durften das Haus auch schon drei Stunden früher beziehen. Zum Strand sind wir meist gefahren, da der Weg doch etwas weiter ist. Wir können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen. M.R.

Wir waren 4 Nächte im April im Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist ansprechend eingerichtet. TV im Wohnzimmer, auch mit vielen deutschen Sendern. Schöne Küche mit großem Esstisch, allerdings der Backofen mit integrierter Mikrowelle war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Garten hat einen sehr schönen Sitzbereich und Gartenmöbeln, Rasen war lange nicht gemäht. Schlafzimmer mit großem Schrank, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen verkehrsberuhigten Zone und es ist herrlich ruhig. Vom Schlafzimmer Blick auf die Blumenfelder, wunderschön! Die Fahrräder haben wir gerne genutzt. Imbusschlüssel für die Änderung der Sattelhöhe war nicht zu finden. Tolle Gegend mit zahlreichen Ausflugszielen

Met het gezin een midweek in deze woning verbleven. De uitrusting is prima, goed uitgeruste keuken, goede Wifi en een grote TV. De badkamer is voorzien van een bubbelbad. De tuin is volledig afgeschermd en voorzien van genoeg stoelen om lekker buiten te kunnen zitten. Handig zijn ook de 4 (volwassen) fietsen die in de omgeving erg van pas komen. Het mooie duingebied wat aan de overkant van de straat begint is ook erg geschikt om te wandelen.

Wir waren total begeistert, ein wunderschönes Haus. Es ist alles sehr nett und liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Vermieter hat sich direkt per WhatsApp gemeldet und wir hatten einen sehr netten Kontakt. Wir hatten unseren Hund mit dabei, was auch keinerlei Problem war. Der Garten ist groß und eingezäunt. Gerne kommen wir wieder!!! Vielen Dank, für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Deze vakantiewoning gekozen vanwege de voorzieningen en de ligging van het huis. De verwachtingen die we hadden werden bij binnenkomst overtroffen. Een schoon huis, frisse geur, een fijne inrichting en een heerlijke tuin. Het contact met de verhuurder verliep prettig. We hebben genoten van de zee, mooie duinen en van de boottocht door Leiden en op de Kagerplassen. Een aanrader deze woning! Monique en Wim

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage. Der Strand mit seinem großen Dünengebiet ist schnell zu erreichen. Aber auch viele schöne Städte sind gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

La villa est idéalement placée à 2 pas du Keukenhof, entourée de champs de tulipe, pivoine, et jacinthe. Parfait pour des vacances en campagne a 1 minute de la mer. Pour les amoureux du vélo, des ballades en bateau ou a cheval. Je recommande à 100% cette villa.

Ich kann die Unterkunft bedingungslos weiterempfehlen. Vor unserer Ankunft war alles gründlich gereinigt worden. Das Haus ist sehr angenehm (geschmackvoll eingerichtet, angenehme Temperatur, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden) und der ideale Ausgangspunkt um die umliegende Gegend und Städte wie Haarlem, Delft, Leiden usw. zu entdecken. Ideal auch für Hundebesitzer, da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Der Vermieter reagiert schnell (Mail) und ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Von meiner Seite aus gibt es deshalb 5 Sterne +. Sehr gerne wieder!!!

La maison est propre, confortable, bien placée. 1er jour, nous somme allé à Leiden (mini Amsterdam), à 20mn de voiture. Les places de parking sont chères mais ça vaut le coups. Pour Amsterdam et Harleem que nous avons visité les jours suivants (30mn de trajet voiture), cherchez les parking P+R!!! (Fuyez néanmoins s le parking "stadiom" à Amsterdam ). A pied: grande balade vers la ville même de Noordwijk. ... avec en récompense de magnifiques dunes, et la mer !! Malgré le froid "siberique" de notre semaine de location, la maison est chaude, sèche, saine....et si lumineuse! ...et bien équipée. Bref: parfaite! A refaire avec plus de chaleur, et à vélo! Nous recommandons cette location 😆�

Das Haus bietet alles, was man in einer Woche Urlaub benötigt. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen sind die vier Fahrräder, die kostenfrei zur Verfügung stehen. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung (Töpfe und Pfannen) könnten optimiert werden. Ansonsten ist alles top! Wir können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Eine problemlose Übergabe des Objektes. Der Vermieter stand als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung und ist hilfsbereit. Für uns als Hundebesitzer war die Lage zu den nahegelegenen Dünen und dahinter der Strand optimal. Während unseres Aufenthaltes (Januar) war es in dem Bungalowpark angenehm ruhig. Das wlan war ausreichend schnell und stabil.

Das schöne, helle, freistehende Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Wohngebiet ausserhalb von Noordwijk und in 2 km Entfernung zum Strand. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man auf geteertem Weg durch die Dünen fast bis an den Strand fahren. Im abschließbaren Schuppen stehen auch bei Bedarf Fahrräder zur Verfügung, falls man keine eigenen mitgenommen hat. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet (z.B. Gasherd, Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Toaster, Gäste WC), aber ohne Tresor und ohne Wasserkocher. Die Matratzen waren recht hart und das Bett quietschte ein wenig. Der blickgeschützte und sonnige Garten bietet viel Platz und es stehen auch 2 Liegen sowie ein großer Tisch mit Stühlen zur Verfügung. Allerdings gibt es keine Überdachung, welche vor Regen schützen würde. Ferner ist das Haus für die Niederlande typisch im Küchen- und Esszimmerbereich ohne Gardinen oder anderen Sichtschutz ausgestattet (Vorhang zur Terrasse und Rollos im 1. Stock vorhanden). Wifi ist zuverlässig und schnell. In knapp 3km Entfernung liegt Noordwijkerhout mit Fußgängerzone und vielen Geschäften inkl. Albert Heijn & Lidl. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt zeitlich sehr flexibel.

Das Haus ist in supergutem Zustand und war extrem sauber und ordentlich als wir ankamen. Die Lage ist toll, der Vermieter ist extrem nett und sehr aufmerksam. So macht Urlaub gleich nochmal soviel Spass!
