Very poor value for money

chic holiday neighborhood

Small bedrooms, not big enough for 2 beds Also, despite requesting two nearby houses four months in advance, this could not be arranged. Furthermore, the rooms were quite small, which made it uncomfortable for two people to share a bedroom. When we arrived, we were also unable to speak with anyone regarding the issue of the houses not being close to each other, which made it difficult to resolve the situation on the spot. On top of that, the hosts withheld 90 euros from our deposit just because we didn’t take the bedroom sheets downstairs or put the dishes from the dishwasher back into the kitchen cupboards.

Calm & peacefull place for vacations

Individual villa catering to our family (2adults& 2 kids) was exceptional. Very clean & well furnished. Placement is 5 minutes to the famous tulip gardens and 7 minutes to the beach & sea-side restaurants . People at the reception were very communicative. Excellent place to stay!

The house was lovely, more than enough space for 4 people with a big terasse, quiet and easy to reach from the airport or other countries by car. All the facilites seemed in a good state and everything was clean.

The bus stop was quite a bit of walking away at Victoriberg but I understand it, it seems not very popular among the people there, I took it a few times and I was often alone with the driver. The kitchen was missing some items like a rolling pin. But that's really after I think hard to find anything to improve on.

Unclean and unequipped

It is well placed. You have to walk 30 minutes to get to a beach, which is not the main one. However, you can drive for 10 minutes to get to the main beach.

The sheets, towels and drawers were not clean. They were sloppily washed. The dishes were dirty and some not usable. The cooking stove was hand-fixed, and we did not dare to use them. It was really different from the photos we saw on the website. You get a single decent double bed and the rests are military style single beds. Same goes for the rooms.They give a group of 6 or 7 people 25ml washing materials and two rolls of toilet paper for 4 days. So bring everything: your towels and bathroom facilities and something to cook in. Bathrooms were different from the photos and dirty. Things are broken here and there. You can only get your keys from 4pm, so people were packed up at the entrance to get their keys, and that during Covid time.

Keine Villa – schon gar nicht für 6 Personen!

Keine Villa – schon gar nicht für 6 Personen! Der Garten ist sehr schön und von Hecken umrahmt. Die ganze Anlage ist von kleinen Kanälen und Weihern eingerahmt und sehr gepflegt. Es gibt zwei Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück. Auch der Kontakt zum Service im Vorfeld war ziemlich nett. Noordwijk ist ein schöner Ort, um Urlaub zu machen! Wir waren bereits mit unseren Kindern hier im Ort - allerdings in einem anderen Bungalow-Park. Die Grundausstattung (Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Reiniger, Klopapier, Kaffee, Salz und Zucker etc.) war sehr nett!

Wir hatten das Haus ursprünglich für 4 + Personen gebucht – „Villa“ mit drei Schlafzimmern. Wir haben leider ein Haus mit nur zwei Schlafzimmern bekommen – für uns zu zweit war das ausreichend, allerdings war das Haus viel kleiner als beschrieben!!!!!! Wenn das Haus 98 qm haben soll, dann weiß ich nicht, wie in den Niederlande Mathematik betrieben wird!??!! Scheinbar kann dann dort nicht richtig gemessen und gerechnet werden….sehr schade, denn das Haus hatte nach unserer groben Messung höchstens 60 qm Wohnfläche! Bei Nachfrage nach unserem GEBUCHTEN und BEZAHLTEN Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern genauso groß sei und wir in zwei oder drei Tagen umziehen könnten, da alles ausgebucht ist. So einen Stress wollten wir uns nicht antun. Ein Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern mit angeblich gleicher Größe? Nein danke! Jetzt die Frage: WAS wäre gewesen, wenn wir wie ursprünglich geplant angereist wären??????? Hätte dann jemand auf der dreckigen Couch schlafen sollen? Was ist das für eine Planung der Buchungen???? Das Haus war ziemlich schmutzig bei der Ankunft! Im gesamten Haus waren Hundehaare verteilt und es lag auch noch Hundespielzeug rum. Die Couch war eigentlich eine Ledercouch, wurde aber von einem undefinierbaren und stickendem Bezug voller Hundehaare eingefasst. Sehr eklig!! Als Allergiker unerträglich! Nach unserer Beschwerde, dass es im Haus dreckig ist, kam am nächsten Tag eine "Reinigung". Die haben den Couchbezug in unsere Waschmaschine gestopft, aber nicht Bescheid gegeben. Hab den dann nach einigen Tagen entdeckt – war nicht lekker :-( ! Auch die sehr schöne und große Terrasse war nicht sauber. Überall Vogeldreck auf den Gartenstühlen und dem Tisch, die teilweise auch nicht mehr wegzuwischen ging. Das kleine WC im Erdgeschoss war defekt. Bei über 1.000 EUR pro Woche Mieteinnahme, sollte doch ein neuer Toilettensitz drin sein - und eine anständige Reinigung!!

Ik vond het warm in de woning. Airconditioning was mooi geweest om in ieder geval de slaapkamer te koelen

Oud en versleten en ook niet erg schoon als je kritischer kijkt. Vloerbedekking boven en op de trap is helemaal af.
