About this villa rental
Villa Malibu is a beautiful place of 176 m2 with 5 bedrooms located on one of the most beautiful places in the Algarve. Surrounded by a Mediterranean salads garden of 3500 m2 with a view of the coast and the sea. Spacious terraces provide plenty of shade cover for care of the place to enjoy your breakfast or dinner. Overlooking the coastline and your own heated swimming pool (heating is an option). The house is very spacious and has plenty of furniture to easily stay there with 10 people.
From the house you can reach in few minutes the beaches, Albufeira town and supermarkets. With fifteen minutes are in the Algarve Shopping Mall where you are in the season even till midnight can do your shopping. The airport is 25 km.
The Algarve has long been known for the Dutch tourists. More and more people who have visited are impressed by the climate, providing pleasant Portuguese and everything Portugal. Hiking, water sports, golf, entertainment, great food, bicycles, tours and much more creates a tailor-made holiday. And less than three hours flight from the Netherlands.

Veldig koselig hus med god planløsning for flere par eller familier, men huset er slitt og bærer preg av manglende vedlikehold og utstyr. Eksempler:
- Kjøkken: Ikke en eneste skarp kniv, kjøleskap med løs dør, ødelagt feiekost osv.
- Bad: Toalettbørster som var gamle og skitne. Speil ødelagt.
- Ute: Grill som ikke var ryddet fra forrige gjest. Løst lokk ved basseng.
Det var treg respons fra forvalter, både da vi ikke fikk oppvaskmaskinen til å virke før etter 3 dager, og da vi meldte om at det ene toalettet sluttet å virke. Alt dette er små saker som burde vært enkelt å gjennomføre.
