About this house rental
Villa JALIZA is located in the hills amongst the coconut groves of the CHAWENG rainforest, 80 meters above sea level.
JALIZA offers its guests a perfect combination of beauty, authenticity, and privacy. Surrounded by jungle landscape, the villa boasts stunning panoramic OCEAN VIEWS.
This stunning view of the ocean is visible from all living areas of the house, showcased by floor to ceiling sun-paradise sliding windows.
A combination of natural and modern materials makes this contemporary designed villa a place of peace and tranquility, blending harmoniously into its surroundings.
Chaweng, often likened to the Beverly Hills of Samui, is conveniently located within a 12-minute drive from Koh Samui Airport, a 7-minute drive to the nearest supermarkets; Tesco, Big C, and Makro stores.
It's a 5-minute drive to the Bangkok International Private Hospital. The nearest beach is a 2km walk from the villa. Villa JALIZA is safely situated in a gated community; a peaceful and quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the Samui nightlife.
The 900SqM villa offers a stylish and spacious living environment, adorned with a refreshingly minimalistic and stylish theme that runs throughout the property.
On arrival, you will enter on the ground level and step into an open plan deluxe gourmet kitchen and living area. To the right is a state of the art kitchen with all amenities, including a large cooking island fitted microwave, double oven, etc and seating area, and to the left will see a generously sized living area with a cinema sized flat-screen TV, internet, and WIFI - plug in sound system.
Upstairs comprises of three bedrooms;
Stunning master bedroom offering king size bed, sofa, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers either twin beds or super king with a guest bathroom and the third bedroom en suite with a king-sized bed.
The lower ground floor offers further bedrooms, both en-suite with king-sized beds and an en suite bedroom with double bed and single bunk bed. There is an open plan games room, complete with pool table, fitness equipment - large gym. Every room on each floor opens out onto a joint balcony offering magnificent sea views. All rooms ensuite.
We offer daily maid service with cleaning and bed making, parking, internet. Weekly linen change.
100 free units of electricity daily. Provided you turn off the aircon when you leave the villa this will suit your needs. Note: Use of more than 100 daily units a charge of thb8 per kWh is applicable and read by meter at check in and check out..

We were a family of 9 and there were more than enough room for all of us. The villa is very big and can easily accommodate more people while everyone still has its intimacy. The views are beautiful. Many thanks to the kind maid who took care of the villa during our stay and prepared breakfast for us every mornings. A local cell phone was given to us and that was very convenient. And last but not least : Neil is a wonderful host who gave us very precious information on Ko Samui before our arrival. He also helped us organize our year-end celebrations, and made sure we were well looked after during our stay as well. Thank you Neil! We would be delighted to come back!

The villa met all of our group’s needs, the service provided by Neil’s team was a huge added value. Highly recommended for those wanting to enjoy The beautiful island of Ko Samui.

Our Group of 8 arrived at the Villa and were blown away by the amazing sea views. The Villa Manageress had welcome drinks and a large bowl of fruit waiting for us.We love to cook and the Villa has an amazing Kitchen. We had the Chef service for 2 nights and all I can say is Fab!! amazing!!.The Villa is located close to the beaches and close to the local attractions and the Chaweng night life. I would recommend any family or group to stay at Jaliza.We will be back in the Summer for sure.Henry
